Hear from Our Team!

  • I really enjoy working at Chester Racecourse because, in my opinion, it’s the best racecourse around. There’s a unique atmosphere here, and it’s one of the few places where you can genuinely see how much both the customers and staff enjoy being part of the experience. I take great pride in being part of that and in helping create such a positive and enjoyable environment for everyone who visits

    Barry - Horsewalk

  • If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment then Chester Racecourse is a great place to work. I have the priviledge of being a member of the Horsewalk team at Chester, and working with elite racehorses and racing professionals is a fantastic experience. I really enjoy my job at the Roodee. Everyone is really supportive and there is always a great atmosphere on Raceday's.

    Ed - Horsewalk

  • I really genuinely enjoy working at Chester Racecourse and I look forward to every working day. My job is interesting and challenging and I receive plenty of job specific training together with recognisable qualifications and support from all levels of the management team. The team that I work with are second to none!

    Sharon - Horsewalk

  • I have worked at Chester race course for quite few years now and it’s my favourite job I’ve had in a long time. I mainly work with the horses which is a privilege. Seeing thoroughbreds up close is a fantastic experience. I have been made welcome from day 1 as everyone is so friendly and willing to help. It is truly a special place to work

    Hugh - Horsewallk
