Our Team

We introduced our Guest Experience team in 2023 to ensure our guests have the best experience possible. The team is made up of a number of crucial and unique roles, including:

  • Admission Hosts

  • Premium Hospitality Hosts

  • Guest Experience Creators

  • Event Operations Assistants

  • Area Team Leaders/Managers

Within the Guest Experience team, our enthusiastic Admissions Hosts ensure our guests enter the racecourse safely and with ease, scanning tickets and welcoming them with a friendly smile while wishing them a fantastic day at the races.

Our Premium Hospitality Hosts are strategically placed across the site to give our guests a genuine and warm welcome. They create memorable experiences for our premium guests, always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond and ensure every guest feels valued throughout their day.

Our Guest Experience Creators bring the racecourse to life, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for our guests. From engaging with the crowd and encouraging participation, to promoting activities, events and special experiences, they help make every race day memorable.
