General Responsibilities: 

• Supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen during busy service periods and events 

• Assisting Chefs with plating starters, mains, and desserts to a high standard 

• Supporting back-of-house operations to ensure efficient kitchen flow 

• Maintaining high presentation and quality standards for all dishes leaving the kitchen 

• Adhering to all Health & Safety and food hygiene procedures 

• Working as part of the wider catering team to ensure smooth service delivery
