General Responsibilities:
Always deliver an excellent standard of guest experience
Carry out searches in line with venue and security procedures
Monitor crowd safety and behaviour
Uphold all licensing objectives and venue policies
Act as the first point of response to reported issues, particularly those relating to alcohol control and conflict management
Check tickets and communicate relevant information to guests
Direct guests to the appropriate areas of the venue
In the event of an emergency or evacuation, follow safety procedures and guide guests to exit the venue safely
What We’re Looking For:
A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Strong guest experience skills
Confidence communicating in conversational English
Desirable qualifications include Level 2 Spectator Safety and First Aid at Work
This role requires you to be over the age of 18
Pay Rates (inclusive of holiday pay):
💷 £17.08 per hour to increase to £17.59 from April 1st
