General Responsibilities: 

• Carrying out cleaning duties across all public areas in line with cleaning schedules 

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard 

• Replacing towels and bed linen during guest stays as required 

• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials 

• Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or damages to the management team 

• Upholding the company’s high standards for cleanliness and overall hotel presentation 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided 

This job posting is for a position at a hotel owned and operated by an independent franchisee not by IHG or its affiliates. IHG is not involved in the hiring or day-to-day employment policies or practices of franchisees. 

Pay Rates (inclusive of holiday pay): 

💷 £9.68 per hour (ages 16-18) to increase to £9.85 from April 1st

💷 £14.03 per hour (ages 18+) to increase to £14.60 from April 1st

Shifts & Availability:  
You will be offered a minimum of 20 hours per week (up to 5 days out of 7 if you prefer full time hours) which will fall on the following days / times. 

Weekdays - 9:30am Till 01:30pm 

Weekends - 10:00am Till 02:00pm 

You must be available to work weekends.
