Chester Race Company are recruiting Experienced Kitchen Porter’s for the 2025 race season and at many more events all year round! This role is exciting and varied, you’ll work events at Chester Racecourse, Bangor-on-Dee racecourse, as well as many other events such as weddings, private events, festivals, national televised awards and shows – all at prestigious venues across the region.

Duties of our Kitchen Porters can include:

• Aiding in the smooth-running of the kitchen
  
• Washing-up using a commercial machine
• Cleaning of all kitchen areas
• Assisting with preparation for lunch and dinner services

Skills and Attributes:

• Enthusiasm and a willing to learn
• Ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure
• Previous experience working within a kitchen

Our rates of pay:

16-17 £9.57 per hour
18+ £14.03 per hour
