Musselburgh Racecourse is firmly established as one of the UK’s most stylish racecourses, offering award-winning facilities in a 5-star visitor attraction located only 6 miles from Edinburgh with excellent transport links and free parking. There’s something for everyone with racing hosted throughout the year from Ladies Day to Family Racedays. 

We are committed to providing the best possible racegoing experience for all visitors.

 

 

The team extends a warm welcome to all visitors, owners, jockeys and trainers and are committed to providing the highest standard of communications, facilities, staff and services to ensure an enjoyable and safe racing experience is provided to all.

Heading up the team at Musselburgh Racecourse is Bill Farnsworth who has been General Manager for over 20 years. Bill has served on the board of UK racing's governing body, the British Horseracing Authority and the Racecourse Media Group - an acknowledgement of the work carried out by Bill and the team in transforming Musselburgh into one of the country's leading race tracks.
